2025 Buffet Dinner Booking

Your buffet booking for up to 5 people has been received.

The dinner will be a lovely way to end, and celebrate, a great year of dancing and friendship.

A confirmation email containing payment details has been sent to you…please check your junk/spam folder if the email doesn’t appear in your Inbox.

As you’ve indicated that you have more people to book, a new blank form has been opened for you. Please use it to book additional people.

Please submit your booking in blocks of up to 5 people at a time

If anyone in your group booking wishes to cancel, you (as the Contact Person) or, the person wishing to cancel, MUST advise the organiser by email please by midnight Friday 17th October 2025.

Full refunds will be given for emailed cancellations up to midnight Friday 17th October 2025.
