Welcome to Silver Lining (Modern) Line Dance …thanks for visiting.
Dancing is a great activity for mental and physical well being…. in fact, dancing is one of the best activities for keeping our brain healthy and functioning well….singing and dancing along to your favourite songs is great for the soul too!!
Dancing also helps to improve/maintain good balance and memory and is a great way to make new friends.

Dancers from other areas/teachers are always welcome so, if you’re heading to Wellington, do join us for a class or two if you can.
