Scissor Step
Although the timing demonstrated in this video is 1-2-3-hold on 4, this step can also be done as 1&2 (the cross happens on count 2), 3&4 (the cross happens on count 4) etc
Whichever foot you start the scissor step with, you must end up with weight fully on the foot crossed in front
Although this demo is doing facing the camera I think it’s quite a clear demonstration of the scissor step.
